With the goal of continuously enhancing management capacity and realizing its vision for international integration, a delegation from Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company paid a working visit to the headquarters of ASKA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Japan – a strategic partner of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical.
From July 29 to July 31, the delegation from Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HATAPHAR) held in-depth working sessions with key departments of ASKA Pharmaceutical (ASKA) in Japan.
Working with ASKA’s Human Resources Department, the two sides discussed human resource development strategies in the new context, effective training models, and methods to build a strong, people-centered corporate culture. This is the core foundation for creating a professional, cohesive team ready for global challenges.
Meeting with the Corporate Communications Department, the delegation learned more about information disclosure procedures and standards targeted at global audiences. The working session brought Ha Tay Pharmaceutical many valuable insights to optimize communications work and elevate its brand image in the international market.
One of the key highlights of the trip was a tour of ASKA’s modern Iwaki Plant. Here, the delegation gained firsthand understanding of automated production processes, strict quality management systems according to international standards, and optimal operational standards.
This practical field trip provided invaluable experience, helping Ha Tay Pharmaceutical continue to refine and raise operational standards at its factories, especially in the strategic cooperation project between the two parties.
Besides professional activities, the delegation also had the opportunity to participate in the traditional Iwaki Odori Festival, experiencing the unique cultural beauty of Japan. This is an annual activity in Iwaki. This memorable activity contributed to tightening friendship, enhancing mutual understanding, and deeply bonding the two enterprises.
