A series of dialogue sessions between the Leadership of Aska Pharmaceutical Holdings Co.,Ltd, Japan ( ASKA) and Hataphar’s Key Management team, 2026

On the afternoon of August 25, 2026, at the headquarters of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical JSC, a series of dialogue sessions took place between the leadership of ASKA Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd (Japan) and Hataphar’s key management team. These annual activities  is part of the strategic partnership framework between the two companies, aimed at updating business performance and strengthening the connection between the leadership and management teams of ASKA and Hataphar.

Representing ASKA at the event were Mr. Sohta Yamaguchi, Board Member and President of ASKA; along with Mr. Hiroyasu Nishioka and Mr. Yuichiro Okuma, Board Members of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical. Representing Hataphar were the full Board of Management and the entire key management team of the Company.

The session opened with Mr. Sohta Yamaguchi, President of ASKA, presenting ASKA’s mid-term business plan, offering an overview of the Group’s development direction for the years ahead. This was followed by Mr. Osamu Yomogida, CEO of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical JSC, who presented an overview of the Company’s mid-term business plan and its first-half financial results, providing a comprehensive picture of Hataphar’s performance and upcoming direction.

The program continued with topic-specific updates from department representatives: Ms. Le Viet Linh, Deputy CEO in charge of Sales, on progress in establishing the in-house sales organization; Mr. Ngo Tuan Viet, Deputy CEO in charge of Manufacturing, on progress in strengthening supply chain management; and Mr. Tanaka Masayuki, Director of Research & Development, on progress in expanding the product development pipeline. These updates reflect the core pillars of Hataphar’s strategy for modernization and enhanced competitiveness going forward.

The Town Hall Meeting concluded with an engaging Q&A session, giving the entire key management team the opportunity to exchange views and raise questions directly with ASKA’s leadership on shared priorities for future development.

In addition, a separate Round Table was held between select department heads of Hataphar and ASKA’s President, creating an open forum to discuss practical matters in governance and operations – further strengthening mutual understanding and connection between the two sides.

This series of activities was more than an information-sharing session; it further reaffirmed the close and transparent partnership between ASKA and Hataphar – one that combines ASKA’s management expertise and advanced technology with Hataphar’s deep market understanding and manufacturing capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the HATAPHAR’s mid- and long-term growth strategy.
