Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, formerly Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Enterprise, was established in 1965, with the main functions and tasks of manufacturing, trading, importing and exporting medicines, pharmaceutical chemicals, cosmetics and medical equipment. Over more than half a century, Ha Tay Pharmaceutical has affirmed its leading position in the production and distribution of pharmaceuticals in Vietnam, proud to be in the top 10 prestigious Vietnamese pharmaceutical companies for many consecutive years. In addition to factories producing medicines, functional foods, and cosmetics that meet all quality standards of GMPWHO, GLP, GSP, and a distribution system that meets GDP & GPP, Ha Tay Pharmaceutical is also one of the first units in Vietnam to own a factory that meets PIC/s/Japan-GMP standards, gradually transferred from Aska – Japan’s leading pharmaceutical company specializing in prescription drugs. About us

Ha Tay Pharmacy – 60 YEARS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company originated from Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Enterprise, established in 1965. In 1985, Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Enterprise merged with Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Company and Haa Binh Medicinal Materials Company to form Ha Son Binh Pharmaceutical Complex.

In 1991, Ha Son Binh Pharmaceutical Complex split into Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Company and Hoa Binh Pharmaceutical Company.

In 2000, Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Company was transformed into Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 1911/QĐ-UB dated December 21st, 2000, by the People’s Committee of Ha Tay Province, with a charter capital of 8,410,800,000 VND. Since its conversion to a joint stock company, the company has increased its charter capital three times. According to Business Registration Certificate No. 0303000015, first registered on January 10th, 2001, and updated for the 6th time on April 8th, 2008, the company’s charter capital has risen to 41,226,020,000 VND, with the trade name HATAPHAR.

The main functions of the company are the production, trading, import, and export of medicines, pharmaceutical raw materials, medicinal herbs, and medical equipment. With 50 years of experience, HATAPHAR has consistently performed well in production and business, meeting budget targets and achieving high growth rates over the past decade.
