On March 30, 2026, at 8:30 AM, at the Company’s Hall, the Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The Meeting was attended by 44 shareholders, owning and representing 83,008,490 shares, equivalent to 91.65% of the total voting shares of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
Following the opening ceremony, the Chairperson of the Meeting – Mr. Le Van Lo – introduced the Presidium and the Secretariat, and proposed the Vote Counting Committee for the Meeting’s approval, as follows:
The Presidium (03 members):
- Le Van Lo: Chairman of the Board of Directors – Chairperson of the Meeting.
- Le Xuan Thang: Member of the Board of Directors, General Director – Member of the Presidium.
- Hoang Van Tue: Member of the Board of Directors – Member of the Presidium.
The Secretariat (02 members):
- Nguyen Minh Duc: Head of the Secretariat.
- Nguyen Thị Hoa: Member.
The Meeting approved the Vote Counting Committee (03 members):
- Nguyen Ha De: Head of the Committee.
- Pham Thi Kieu Yen: Member.
- Dinh Nam Ha: Member.
