HATAPHAR ORGANIZED THE TRAINING “GOOD PORTRAIT OF A MIDDLE MANAGER & SKILLS IN BUILDING AND MANAGING EFFECTIVE KPIs” FOR THE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Recently, on April 25-26, at the Hall on the 6th floor, Office 10A Quang Trung, Ha Dong, Hanoi, HATAPHAR successfully organized the training course “Good Portrait of a Middle Manager & Skills in Building and Managing Effective KPIs”.

In an increasingly competitive pharmaceutical market, enhancing management capabilities, especially at the middle level, is key  for Hataphar to maintain its position and achieve sustainable development. Recognizing this importance, Hataphar Company successfully organized the training course for Heads/Deputy Heads of departments/units.

The two-day training course saw the participation of nearly 30 trainees who were Heads/Deputy Heads of departments/units from various departments and units directly under Hataphar. The atmosphere of the course was lively and positive, with the enthusiastic participation of the trainees and the dedicated guidance of leading experts in business management.

Participating in the training course, the trainees were equipped with in-depth and systematic knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of a modern middle manager; enhanced their skills in building an effective KPI system that aligns with the goals of each department and the company; and became proficient in applying methods for managing and evaluating KPIs, optimizing the team’s work performance. In addition to beneficial theoretical lessons, the training course also provided trainees with opportunities to participate in practical activities, group discussions, and real-life case studies, helping to consolidate knowledge and improve management skills.

At the end of the course, 100% of the trainees received certificates of completion. The successful organization of the training course affirmed the Hataphar Board of Directors’ concern for training and human resource development. Hataphar believes that with the knowledge and skills gained from the course, the middle team will apply them effectively in their practical work, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of departments and units and contributing to the overall development of Hataphar.
