In the joyous atmosphere of commemorating the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2024) and Vietnamese Women’s Day, Duoc Ha Tay organized a flower arrangement contest themed “Vietnamese Women Soar High” at the La Khe Factory in Ha Dong, Hanoi.
The annual flower arrangement contest, held every October at Duoc Ha Tay, aims to honor the significant contributions of Vietnamese women, especially the female employees at Duoc Ha Tay, to their families, society, and the company’s overall development. It also serves as a platform for employees to showcase their creativity, foster a competitive spirit, and strengthen camaraderie among departments.
Continuing the resounding success of previous years, the 2024 contest with the theme “Vietnamese Women Soar High” attracted a large number of participants, with 10 teams competing. The event was graced by the presence of special guests from the company’s Board of Directors, Management Board, and department heads, who served as judges.
In a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere, the contestants showcased their skillful hands and created 10 impressive and colorful floral arrangements. After a 3-minute presentation, the teams demonstrated that their artworks not only emphasized aesthetics but also carried profound meanings about women in the modern era: success in society, happiness in the family, and the pursuit of knowledge to contribute to the nation’s progress.
Based on criteria such as arrangement, presentation, color harmony, creativity, and presentation skills, the judges selected and awarded the following prizes:
1/ Excellent Prize: Quality Control Department – Quality Assurance Department – RnD Department – Drug Registration Department
2/ First Prize: Office 10A (Including departments: Administration – Accounting – Planning – Business – Human Resources Management – Legal – Communications Board )
3/ Second Prize:
