Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (stock code: DHT) has recently been honored with the title “Disclosure Best Practice 2026.” This recognition comes from the IR Awards 2026 program, one of the most prestigious and highly anticipated events within Vietnam’s listed business community.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

IR Awards is an annual program initiated in 2011, co-organized by Vietstock in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and the Finance and Life Electronic Magazine (FiLi). The program’s objective is to survey, evaluate, and honor listed enterprises with the most transparent, effective, and professional Investor Relations (IR) activities, contributing to raising information disclosure standards across Vietnam’s entire stock market.<\/span><\/p>\n

This title is the result of an objective and comprehensive survey and evaluation process covering the information disclosure activities of all 685 enterprises listed on both the HOSE and HNX exchanges. Ha Tay Pharmaceutical’s inclusion among the 459 outstanding enterprises that fully met the program’s strict 2026 criteria clearly demonstrates the company’s strict compliance with legal regulations and its commitment to transparency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being recognized as a “Disclosure Best Practice” enterprise is an acknowledgment of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical’s efforts in pursuing and implementing the highest standards of corporate governance. According to information from the Organizing Committee, based on this result, Ha Tay Pharmaceutical will continue to be considered and nominated for the final round of “IR Awards 2026 Voting.” This is a more comprehensive evaluation round of IR activities, aimed at honoring the enterprises with the best IR performance of the year at the 16th IR Awards Ceremony, expected to be held in Ho Chi Minh City.<\/span><\/p>\n
