{"id":5765,"date":"2026-04-01T11:57:41","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T04:57:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hataphar.com.vn\/?p=5765"},"modified":"2026-04-01T11:57:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T04:57:41","slug":"hataphar-holds-the-2026-annual-general-meeting-of-shareholders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hataphar.com.vn\/en\/hataphar-holds-the-2026-annual-general-meeting-of-shareholders\/","title":{"rendered":"Hataphar holds the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 30, 2026, at 8:30 AM, at the Company&#8217;s Hall, the Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders<\/p>\n<p>The Meeting was attended by <strong>44 shareholders<\/strong>, owning and representing <strong>83,008,490 shares<\/strong>, equivalent to <strong>91.65%<\/strong> of the total voting shares of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.<\/p>\n<p>Following the opening ceremony, the Chairperson of the Meeting \u2013 <strong>Mr. Le Van Lo<\/strong> \u2013 introduced the Presidium and the Secretariat, and proposed the Vote Counting Committee for the Meeting&#8217;s approval, as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Presidium (03 members):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Le Van Lo:<\/strong> Chairman of the Board of Directors \u2013 Chairperson of the Meeting.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Le Xuan Thang<\/strong>: Member of the Board of Directors, General Director \u2013 Member of the Presidium.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Hoang Van Tue<\/strong>: Member of the Board of Directors \u2013 Member of the Presidium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Secretariat (02 members):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Nguyen Minh Duc:<\/strong> Head of the Secretariat.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Nguyen Th\u1ecb Hoa<\/strong>: Member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Meeting approved the Vote Counting Committee (03 members):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Nguyen Ha De<\/strong>: Head of the Committee.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Pham Thi Kieu Yen<\/strong>: Member.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Dinh Nam Ha:<\/strong> Member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Meeting also approved the agenda and contents previously published on the website.
