After a period of enthusiastic launch and diligent work by the Jury, the contest <\/span>“I Innovate, You Can Too”<\/b> has officially concluded. The Organizing Committee received dozens of ideas and initiatives from various departments and branches.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contest recognized and honored the efforts and intellect of individuals and teams who contributed groundbreaking, practical initiatives, strongly promoting a culture of innovation throughout the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The participating proposals were not only diverse in scope, ranging from production, business, human resource management, to information technology, but also demonstrated deep research investment, closely adhering to the company’s operational reality. After a fair and thorough review process, the Jury selected the most outstanding ideas based on rigorous criteria for <\/span>Creativity, Feasibility, and Effectiveness<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
